Why we built it

Direct rentals pay better. The admin is what stops people.

20–25%

Platform fees

Outdoorsy and RVezy take a cut of every night, add their own guest fees, and own the relationship. On a $1,000 weekend that's $200–250 gone before fuel.

FB DMs

Messy direct bookings

Quotes in Messenger, dates in your head, a Word contract you edit by hand at 11 pm. One mistake in a waiver or deposit clause and you're exposed.

$1,500

Deposits, damage, liability

The paperwork matters most when something goes wrong: slide‑out damage, late return, a guest's kid on the bunk ladder. You want it signed before the keys change hands.

What you get

Three pieces that already work together

1 · Booking website

A landing page that quotes and takes requests while you sleep

Your photos, your prices, your rules. Guests pick nights on a live calendar, toggle add‑ons, see the estimate, and send a request. Availability syncs from the calendar you already use on your phone.

  • Night‑based calendar with change‑over days (½‑day turnaround built in)
  • Seasonal + long‑weekend pricing, minimum stays, add‑ons, delivery by km
  • Request form → your inbox in under a second; lead lands in the CRM automatically
  • Mobile‑first — most of our traffic came from Facebook on a phone
Rental landing page hero section
2 · CRM

Every lead in one place, from first DM to returned deposit

A simple funnel — New → Quoted → Negotiating → Meeting → Converted — with the renter, trip, pricing and add‑ons on one card. Fleet and delivery locations are configured once and reused everywhere.

  • Leads from the website appear on their own; FB / Outdoorsy leads added in 30 s
  • Pricing block does the math: nights × rate, delivery by km, add‑ons, cleaning, deposit
  • Fleet page — specs, plate, VIN, insurance per trailer; the paperwork reads from it
  • Campsite list with one‑way km; pick a park and the delivery fee fills itself
  • Works on your phone at the campsite

3 · Document pack

One click → the full rental pack, filled in and versioned

Rental agreement, waiver, departure and return forms, inventory, welcome card, card authorization — eight documents generated from the booking. Delivered and self‑tow rentals get their own variants. Word and PDF.

  • Renter, dates, trailer, prices, deposit and your policy numbers all flow in automatically
  • Change a fee once in settings — it updates in every document that cites it
  • Every generation is kept as a new version, so you always have what the guest actually signed
  • Written from real BC operator practice — see the pack below

The paperwork a BC operator actually needs

Every document below is generated from the booking in the CRM. Demo data shown — the real ones carry your business name, your trailer and your ICBC policy details. Full‑size documents are walked through on the demo call.

How it works

Live in about a week, without touching a line of code

Demo call

20 minutes on Zoom. You see the live system, we go through your trailer, prices and how you rent today.

Configure

You send photos, prices, rules and insurance details. We set up your site, CRM and document pack under your brand and domain.

Walkthrough

One session together: run a test booking end‑to‑end, generate a pack, tweak wording. You get a short written guide.

Go live

Point your Facebook and Marketplace listings at your site. We host, back up and keep it running through the season.

Pricing

One setup fee, one flat monthly. No commission — ever.

We're onboarding a handful of BC operators for the 2027 season. Founding pricing below; it goes up once those spots are taken.

Setup — one time
$1,500 CAD
Founding operators · regular $2,500
  • Booking site with your photos, prices, rules and domain
  • CRM configured: fleet, delivery zones, add‑ons, funnel
  • 8‑document pack with your business and policy details
  • Calendar sync with the calendar you already use
  • 1‑hour walkthrough + written guide
Hosting & support
$49 CAD / month
Pause it in the off‑season if you like
  • Hosting, TLS, daily backups, updates
  • Your data stays yours — export any time
  • Email support, 1‑business‑day response
  • Wording and price changes included

For scale: one long weekend booked direct instead of through a platform typically covers a full year of hosting. Setup pays back in roughly 6–8 direct bookings.

Is it for you?

Built for small operators, not fleets

A good fit if you…

  • Own 1–3 travel trailers or campers in BC and rent them (or plan to) yourself
  • Already get inquiries through Facebook, Marketplace or word of mouth
  • Are tired of platform fees but want proper paperwork before going direct
  • Offer delivery to campsites, or want to

Probably not if you…

  • Run 10+ units and need staff accounts, payments and accounting integrations
  • Want online card payments on the site itself (we do e‑transfer / in‑person by design; card pre‑auth is on paper)
  • Want to be found on a marketplace — this is your own site; you bring the traffic
FAQ

Questions operators ask

Are the documents lawyer‑reviewed?

No. They were written from the published policies of established BC RV rental operators and refined over a season of real rentals, and they're plain‑English and comprehensive. They are not legal advice — have your own lawyer or insurance broker look at them before your first rental. Any wording changes they ask for take minutes, and flow into every future document.

Does it replace Outdoorsy / RVezy?

It doesn't have to. Many owners run a hybrid: platform bookings for reviews and reach, direct bookings for repeat guests and Facebook traffic. Leads from either source go in the same CRM and get the same paperwork.

What about insurance?

Your rental insurance is your own — in BC that's usually an ICBC commercial policy with a u‑drive rental class. The system stores your policy number, coverage and deductibles and prints them into the agreement, waiver and inspection form so the guest sees exactly what applies.

Where does my data live? Who owns it?

On a Canadian‑hosted server, behind a login, encrypted in transit. Customer details (licences, addresses, card authorizations) never leave your instance. You can export everything at any time, and if you stop, we hand you the data and delete our copy.

Can I change prices, rules and wording myself?

Yes — prices, seasons, minimum stays, add‑ons, fees, deposit, delivery rates and the campsite list are all editable in the CRM settings. Larger wording changes we do for you as part of the monthly plan.

Do guests pay through the site?

Not yet, by design. The site sends you a request with the estimate; you confirm and collect e‑transfer or in person, the way most BC direct rentals already work. Card pre‑authorization for the deposit is handled on the signed form.

What if I stop renting?

Cancel the monthly plan any time. Your site goes offline, you keep an export of your bookings and documents. There's no contract beyond the setup.

Stefan Stepanov — Coquitlam, BC. Senior software developer by day; I built this stack to run my family's trailer rental and used it for every booking last season. I'm setting it up for a small number of other BC owners rather than shelving it.

No mailing list, no follow‑up sequence. You'll hear from Stefan directly, usually the same day.

Thanks — request received.
I'll reply by email within a day with a couple of time slots.
